Each paid setup is based on a written scope agreed before work begins. Any material change may require a revised price or timeline.
Fees and payment
Setup and monthly fees are confirmed before service begins. Prices are in euro unless stated otherwise. Monthly services may be cancelled in line with the agreed service terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing workflow outputs and ensuring messages, invoices and customer communications are suitable before use.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We will communicate planned changes or material issues where reasonably possible.
Liability
LocalFlow Ireland provides practical workflow support, not legal, accounting or professional advice. Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Specific service terms agreed in writing take priority where they differ from this general page.
